AIM: To create a geodatabase and digitize the given map
MATERIAL USED : ArcMap 10.2
PROCEDURE
1.Open ArcMap 10.2 → click on blank template → hit ok
1.Open ArcMap 10.2 → click on blank template → hit ok
2.Arc catalogue → create new folder → right click → new → personal geodatabase →
rename Geodatabase
3.Right click on Geodatabase→ new → feature dataset
4. (“landuse”) →next → geographical coordinate system →World → WGS1984 →
next →next → finish
5.Landuse → right click →new →feature class → class name(Line) → next →
enter field name and type (example type-text, length) → finish
*kindly Note that there should not be any space in between field name
6.Create feature class for both point and Polygon featurefeatures in the same manner
( ref to 4th and 5th step)

7.Add image → georeference → add the geo referenced image
8.To edit the image: Edit→ start editing
Editor → editing window → attribute and create feature
9.Click line feature and repeat the same procedure
Do the same for the other features.
10.Mark the line for line feature → double click for stop marking

11.Enter the attribute details (name type etc)
12.To stop editing
Editor →stop editing → Save edits → Hit yes. (Do the same for other features.)
